Chamber of Advocates and Public Defender Communications Development in Armenia: INL is currently seeking an organization with the requisite capability and experience to conduct the development of a communications strategy for the Chamber of Advocates and Public Defender's Office of Armenia. This will include developing content, frameworks, and staff expertise for sustainable public communications, including but not limited to, a communications strategy, quarterly newsletter, and monthly video blog (vlog), titled “Advocates Corner,” for recurring thematic internal workshops, public discussions, or information sessions. Note that special consideration will be given to proposals which demonstrate results-oriented activities, sustainability, ability to identify qualified trainers, and strong program evaluation mechanisms.
