Department of Energy Heat Pump Defense Production Act Program: The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement is to accelerate the growth of domestic production capability of electric heat pumps to meet the anticipated increased demand for clean energy technologies as the economy transitions to net-zero emissions.Amendment 000001 to revise Section IV.D.ii. The Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operations project documents should now be submitted as an attachment to the Technical Volume. The Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Operations project documents project documents will not be included in the Technical Volume page limitation.
