EnEnhancing Indonesia's Cyber-Enabled WMD Investigations Capability: ISN/WMDT seeks to build Indonesia's whole-of-government capability and technical knowledge to conduct online investigations, including open source, social media, and dark web to detect indicators of potential terrorist WMD plots. ISN/WMDT expects to be substantially involved in the planning and execution of project awards under this NOFO, to include traveling to attend project-related planning/development meetings and implementation activities.
