Engaging Civil Society in Rehabilitation and Reintegration: CT invites organizations to submit applications outlining a project concept for three or more geographic regions to reduce recidivism of released violent extremist offenders. Project objectives: build the capacity of civil society to reintegrate violent extremist offenders and returning foreign terrorist fighters into communities; facilitate relationships of trust among civil society and governmental authorities; and share good practices in this thematic area.
