English for Mission Contacts Program - Baghdad: The U.S. Mission in Iraq announces an open competition for eligible organizations to submit proposals to implement The English for Mission Contacts (EFMC) program. The (EFMC) program supports U.S. Mission and Strategic Framework Agreement goals by enhancing cooperation with Iraqi contacts and improving their capacity to communicate in English.
