Grant Description
NIJ is seeking proposals for the first phase of an evaluation of the demonstration component of the Attorney General's Children Exposed to Violence (CEV) Initiative. The Phase I evaluation involves an effort to accomplish initial developmental and evaluation activities over an 18-month period. Activities include assessing relevant data for program evaluation in eight program sites; coordinating with the CEV technical assistance provider on data collection and measurement issues and the inclusion of an evaluation component, to be presented and discussed at multi-site meeting(s); and the development of a comprehensive strategy for evaluating the impact of the CEV demonstration program in four sites in a Phase II.
