- THE FAA IS SOLICITING PROPOSALS FOR RESEARCH GRANTS AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENTS TO PURSUE THE LONG-TERM AND SHORT-TERM TECHNICAL NEEDS OF CIVIL AVIATION.
