- The purpose of this solicitation is to announce the 2005 Criminal History Record Improvement Pilot Program in Indian Country. The Tribal Criminal History Record Improvement Pilot Program (T-CHRIP) will provide support to Federally-recognized tribes and State criminal records repositories to promote participation in and improve data sharing between tribal and State and national criminal records systems.
