Additional Information on Eligibility: Entities eligible to apply for grants include State emergency management agencies or a similar office of the State (e.g., the office that has primary emergency management or floodplain management responsibility); the District of Columbia; American Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands; Puerto Rico and the Northern Mariana Islands; and Indian Tribal governments.
