Global Food Security Response: Africa Action Plan: The purpose of this Annual Program Statement (APS) is to publish information about the intention of USAID's Bureau for Africa to fund proposals to contribute to the objectives of the Global Food Security Response through forming public-private and/or private-private alliances to support the development of effective staple food value-chains in West Africa.
