Global Innovation through Science and Technology in Ukraine and AI Activities: The OES-led Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) Initiative catalyzes science, technology, and innovation (STI) activities that support the Administration's economic and national security goals. Projects include in country trainings of startups, interactive online programs, online mentorship platforms, and global pitch competitions. The goal of this cooperative agreement is to utilize GIST to strengthen the capacity of science and technology innovators and entrepreneurs Ukraine and the innovation ecosystems in which they operate.
