PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The U.S. Embassy Tirana of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit proposals for funding under the Media Training Program (Investigative Stories Clearinghouse). This project seeks to create a publishing platform for investigative news stories and an editorial board for journalists to pitch investigative stories they believe could either counter corruption or increase accountability.
