NIST Consortium for Post-Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) Nanoelectronics Research Grant Program: NIST is soliciting proposals for financial assistance from eligible proposers to support basic research focused on the long-term research needs of industry in the area of post-CMOS nanoelectronics.
