Deadline Applicants must register with Grants.gov prior to submitting an application. All applications are due to be submitted and in receipt of a successful validation message in Grants.gov by 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on September 25, 2020. Eligibility ONDCP encourages applications from national nonprofit institution/organization. Applicants must have special expertise and broad, national-level experience in community anti-drug coalitions under section 1032 of the National Narcotics Leadership Act of 1988 (21 U.S.C. 1532). HOW TO APPLY Applicants must register in, and submit applications through Grants.gov, a “one-stop storefront” to find Federal funding opportunities and apply for funding.
