Secretarys Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS-07-764 CDCs Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, "National Organizations Working to Eliminate Perinatal HIV Transmission and to Implement CDCs Revised Recommendations for HIV Testing of Adults, Adolescents and Pregnant Women in U.S. Health Care Settings." Approximately $1,740,000 will be available in fiscal year 2007 to fund between 7 and 13 awards. The purpose of the program is to develop, provide and disseminate technical assistance, administrative tools and other educational and training materials needed to improve perinatal HIV prevention efforts nationally through three separate components.
