- Grant Description
- It is the Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park's intention to enter into an approximate six-(6) month seasonal Task Agreement under an existing Cooperative Agreement with the City of Visalia who will operate a shuttle service for Park visitors to and from various points in the Giant Forest area of Sequoia National Park. As a part of this Task Agreement, the City of Visalia will be responsible for supplying all supervision, shuttle driver personnel, vehicle mechanics, purchasing and maintaining all maintenance facility equipment, replacement parts, computer hardware and software, telephones, office equipment and all other equipment and/or supplies necessary for this service except those facilities and equipment provided by NPS, fueling, servicing and cleaning all vehicles and insurance coverage for the successful operation of this shuttle service.
