Over-the-Road Bus Accessibility Grant Funds for Fiscal Year 2004: FTA is conducting a national solicitation for applications under the Over-the-Road Bus (OTRB) Accessibility Program. Grant awards will be made on a competitive basis. Applicants should submit three (3) copies of their project proposal application to the appropriate regional office in which its headquarters office is located. Project proposal applications must be received by the FTA regional office no later than February 2, 2004.
