Grant Description
Description: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) intends to exercise the fourth option period under existing cooperative agreements awarded under the March 18, 2003, solicitation for cooperative agreement applications (SCAA) for procurement technical assistance programs (PTAPs) as authorized by 10 U.S.C. Chapter 142. The option, if exercised, will be for a performance period of one year. This announcement does not commit the Government to exercise the option. The decision to exercise the option will be made on a program-by-program basis, taking into consideration compliance with the terms of the cooperative agreement and the availability of funds. Section VIII of the SCAA explains the option process, and you should refer to it for guidance. All documentation listed in Section VIII, Paragraph E, is required to support an award of the fourth option period. Please refer to the electronic message provided to you through APTACs email message system in March 2007, which outlines the steps necessary to register and obtain an account with Grants.gov. You will be required to have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number to register. Please ensure you use the correct DUNS number. Your completed application, which includes the SF 424 submitted through Grants.gov, must be submitted no later than Friday, May 11, 2007, 5:00 PM EST.
