Public Diplomacy Program: This call for proposals will focus on: supporting minority groups in Moldova, specifically in a way that strengthens a Moldovan national identity. Grants may not be used for partisan political activity. Applicants are encouraged to develop partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including the public and/or private sectors as well as local organizations, where applicable.
