Research to Action II: This is a Notice of Intent only. The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), intends to award a Cooperative Agreement to the International Labor Organization for a global project to generate and mobilize knowledge for the elimination of child labor and forced labor. The project will conduct research activities, improve research methods, strengthen research capacity, and make research results more actionable for policy makers.
