Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program HIV Care Grant Program - Part B States/Territories Formula and AIDS Drug Assistance Program Formula and ADAP Supplemental Awards: This notice announces the opportunity to apply for funding under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part B Base, AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Base, ADAP Supplemental, Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI), and Emerging Communities (EC) program.
