Strengthening Engagement between Parliament and Civil Society in the Southern African Development Community (SADC): The U.S. Department of State Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for programs to improve accountability through effective engagement between a country’s Parliament and domestic civil society organizations (CSOs).
