Study of the U.S. Institutes for Student Leaders on Public Policy and Government Leadership: ECA is seeking proposal submissions for the design and implementation of four (4) Study of the U.S. Institutes for Student Leaders under the theme of Public Policy and Government Leadership. The Institutes should take place at U.S. academic institutions and should provide groups of foreign undergraduate students from the countries listed below with in-depth sessions on Public Policy. Each six-week Institute should include four weeks of academic residency followed by a two-week integrated educational travel tour to expose participants to a different region of the United States. Applicants should submit a proposal to administer four Study of the U.S. Institutes on Public Policy and Government Leadership. ECA will award one cooperative agreement for the administration of all four Institutes. The Institutes will take place in the summer of 2013 and each will host up to 20 participants. ECA welcomes applications from accredited post-secondary education institutions in the United States and public and private non-profit organizations. (see Eligibility Information, section III).
