TechCamp Pune: Accelerating Change, Building Partnerships: Public Diplomacy Mumbai seeks proposal to carry out a program on TechCamp Pune: Accelerating Change, Building Partnerships which will assist individuals interested in to implement a green technology in waste management themed TechCamp, held in Pune, India, to catalyze innovative solutions and foster regional collaboration to tackle the pressing challenge of managing waste in western India. This funding opportunity will support a TechCamp that aims to bring together 40 professionals from diverse sectors, including waste management companies, government agencies, private enterprises, small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), financial institutions, start-ups (including women-led), civil society, and civic authorities. - The following organizations are eligible to apply: ● Not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations based in the United States with 501c3 status and an ability to work in India● Not-for-profit FCRA eligible organizations in India● Public and private educational institutions2. Cost Sharing or Matching: Cost sharing or matching is not required for this funding3. Other Eligibility RequirementsIn order to be eligible to receive an award, all organizations must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number issued via www.SAM.gov as well as a valid registration on www.SAM.gov. Please see Section D.3 for more information. Individuals are not required to have a UEI or be registered in SAM.gov.India based organization should be F.C.R.A. compliant. Applicants should be familiar with India’s Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) and confirm their ability to meet all proposed program requirements and expectations.Applicants are only allowed to submit one proposal per organization. If more than one proposal is submitted from an organization, all proposals from that institution will be considered ineligible for funding. 4.
