Grant Description
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance, Office of Food For Peace (DCHA/FFP) is seeking applications from eligible institutions for a program titled "Technical and Operational Performance Support (TOPS)" through the award of one Leader with Associates Cooperative Agreement. With this RFA, USAID's objective is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Title II food aid programs by improving the technical knowledge and operations and promoting food aid commodity program best practices through coordination and delivery of institutional strengthening and capacity building support for current Title II awardees and prospective awardees worldwide.
