The English ACCESS Microscholarship Program: The ACCESS program is designed to increase English language skills and capabilities among economically-disadvantaged youth. The English Access Microscholarship Program (ACCESS) provides a foundation of English language skills to economically-underprivileged, 14 - 18 year old students through afterschool classes and enrichment activities.
