Title 28 - Prineville Recreation Facility Improvement: The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Lower Columbia Area (Reclamation) is requesting proposals to fund projects for activities in support of the Title 28 program. The Title 28 program allows for projects with non-Federal partners to investigate, plan, design, construct, operate, maintain, modify or otherwise provide for enhancements to recreation facilities - to meet public demand -at Reclamation Projects. The objective of this Funding Opportunity is to invite eligible applicants to leverage their money and resources by cost sharing with Reclamation on projects/activities that will offer the public increased recreational opportunities at recreation facilities on Reclamation Project lands located at Prineville Reservoir, Crook County, Oregon. Examples of such projects include - but are not limited to - construction, installation, and/or modification of parking spaces, pathways, fences, barriers, camp sites, fee stations, picnic facilities, toilet facilities, sewer systems, water/sanitary facilities, tables, fire rings, kiosks, fish cleaning stations, boat docks, or other appropriate water-related amenities which are currently inadequate to meet recreational demand.
