Travelling Film Festival for Women's Safety and Empowerment: The Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai (PAS Mumbai) seeks proposals for a project entitled “Travelling Film Festival for Women's Safety and Empowerment.” Under this project, a grantee will organize and implement two-day film festivals in the cities of Nashik (Maharashtra), Rajkot (Gujarat) and Raipur (Chhattisgarh).
