- The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Solicitation (07SF200005) for a Grant/Cooperative Agreement pursuant to the authority of Public Law 106-498 Section 2(2) (Klamath Basin Water Supply Enhancement Act of 2000). This project is a follow-on to a previous Reclamation agreement to continue work to maintain a comprehensive network of sites (including wells and stream gages) that will provide information to water resource management agencies involved in the Upper Klamath Basin in Oregon and California, on the response of the ground-water system to climate cycles, long-term climate trends, and pumping at both regional and sub-regional scales throughout the Upper Klamath Basin.
