Twin Cities Clean Cities Initiative in the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area (MISS) NOI - Not a Request for Proposals: To support and promote the use of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations by MISS visitors through the installation of 12 EV stations at locations along the Mississippi River within the MISS.
