This Single Source Award is being awarded in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B
¿ 505 DM 2.14, B(3): Legislative intent- The language in the applicable authorizing legislation or legislative history clearly indicates Congress' intent to restrict award
to a particular recipient or purpose.
o NFWF is the foundation established by Congress specifically to work with the Service on projects of this nature.
¿ 505 DM 2.14, B(4): Unique Qualifications- The applicant is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based upon a variety of demonstrable factors such as location, property ownership, voluntary support capacity, cost-sharing ability, if
applicable, technical expertise, or other such unique qualifications.
o NFWF is the one foundation established specifically for working with the Service on conservation projects and the only foundation that charges a capped 10% direct cost for incurred expenditures related to carrying out projects in cooperation with us.
