University of Hawaii at Hilo - UHHIP PIPES Program: Unsolicited Proposal The purpose of this Cooperative Agreement is to provide funds to the University of Hawaii at Hilo. The funds will be used to hire five interns who will be participating in the Hawaiian Internship Program (UHHIP) in association with Pacific Internships Program for Exploring Science (PIPES). The USFWS Invasive Species Strike Team will work with the interns and program mentors to help develop a 3 month project focusing on invasive species issues in Hawai'i.
