WaterSMART: Cooperative Watershed Management Program Grants for FY 2014: The Cooperative Watershed Management Program (CWMP) contributes to the WaterSMART strategy by providing funding to watershed groups to encourage diverse stakeholders to form local solutions to address their water management needs.
