Young Adult Reentry Partnership (YARP) 2: The purpose of this program is to provide education and training services that improve the employment outcomes of young adults who are involved in the criminal justice system and/or who left high school prior to graduation and to develop the capacity of community colleges to meet the needs of young adults with justice system involvement. Young adults served under this grant program are between the ages of 18 and 24 and currently or previously have been involved in the juvenile or adult criminal justice system and/or who left high school prior to graduation.
