2019 Chad and Cameroon: Proposed activities should primarily support refugees in Chad (Nigerian, Sudanese, and Central African refugees), Cameroon (Nigerian and Central African refugees), and northwest Democratic Republic of the Congo (Central African refugees). Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees.
