Grant Description: The Bureau of Land Management Ely District Office (BLM) wants to establish a recycling program for White Pine County. The BLM will purchase and provide the industrial baler and under a cooperative agreement, the partner will provide labor, housing, maintenance and utilities for the operation of the industrial baler and implementation of the White Pine Green Recycling Program.
