Grant Description: The purpose of this funding is to make available ongoing expansion funds for FY2011 in order to support increased costs of primary medical care providers and increased numbers of patients. Awards are contingent on FY2011 appropriations. Funding Special Consideration In order to provide funding to serve increased numbers of patients to programs which have not already received funding for this purpose, the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program will provide a special funding consideration for applicants which did not receive Part C expansion funding in 2008, 2009 or 2010.
