Grant Description
The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a sole source for Grant Agreement to State of Nevada, Dept of Conservation and Natural Resources, 901 S Stewart Street, Carson City, NV 89701 under the authority of CFDA 15.517, Division C, Title II, Section 204, Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008 (Pub. L. 110-161) as amended by Consolidated Security, Disaster Assistance, and Continuing Appropriations Act, 2009, (Pub. L. 110-329) for the following program: City of Fernley Drainage Study. Reclamation proposes to provide financial assistance to complete a study that will provide the State of Nevada, City of Fernley and Reclamation with necessary information to determine the capacity required and routes of natural drainage and methods to carry normal stormwater runoff. Period of performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2010. Estimated award date: on or about February 27, 2009. Estimated award amount: $74,823.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
