The Bureau of Reclamation/Fish and Wildlife Service intend to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (#09SF200001) for Grants/Cooperative Agreements for the following programs: Central Valley Project Conservation Program and Central Valley Project Improvement Act Habitat Restoration Program. Open Solicitation of grant/cooperative agreements opportunities through CVPCP and HRP will facilitate meeting the objectives of the programs. Open solicitation helps ensure the programs receive a sufficient volume of quality proposals carrying out conservation actions pursuant to the program's short and long term goals.
