- The Department of Energy's (DOE's) Tribal Energy Program under the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy is soliciting applications to initiate the First Steps Toward Developing Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency on Tribal Lands. Under this announcement, DOE is soliciting applications for strategic energy planning, energy options analysis, energy organization development, and human capacity building related to sustainable energy efficiency implementation and/or renewable energy development.
