Lower Deschutes Limited Entry Final Report: This project will complete the evaluation of the Common Pool Limited Entry Permit System (Permit System) on the Lower Deschutes River in Central Oregon. The Permit System is the first of its kind implement on a river in the United States. The proposed study and final report involves a synthesis of the previous monitoring work done by Oregon State University, with additional user surveys and evaluation of specific criteria contained in the Lower Deschutes River Management Plan (LDRMP).
