OVC FY 09 Intensive Case Management for Family Members of Homicide Victims in Rural Areas: A competitive program that will award up to $200,000 to a private nonprofit organization or public agency to identify, institutionalize, and replicate promising practices related to the provision of a comprehensive array of services to family members of homicide victims in rural areas.
