- A competitive program that will award up to $800,000 to plan, execute, evaluate, and provide scholarships for a national-scope training conference for practitioners who respond to the victimizations of persons with disabilities. The conference must provide state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary training to enhance practitioner responses to victims with disabilities and to further strategic partnerships at the local, state, and national levels to enhance victims' access to the criminal justice system and needed services and support.
