- Grant Description
- The Department of State's Sudan Programs Group (SPG) is pleased to announce an open competition for cooperative agreement awards through this Request for Proposals (RFP). SPG invites U.S. non-profit/non-governmental organizations to submit public opinion/research RFPs for the Darfur region of Sudan. Community, women's and faith-based non-governmental organizations are encouraged to apply. The Department will have approximately $1 million available to award multiple cooperative agreements with no award floor. The purpose of the research is to enable the DOS and SPG to develop a deeper understanding of the needs and perceptions of those on the ground, to inform policy decision for conflict resolution and democratic transformation in Sudan.
