Grant Description
The Department of State's Sudan Programs Group (SPG) is pleased to announce an open competition for cooperative agreement awards through this Request for Proposals (RFP). SPG invites U.S. non-profit/non-governmental organizations to submit public opinion/research RFPs for the Darfur region of Sudan. Community, women's and faith-based non-governmental organizations are encouraged to apply. The Department will have approximately $1 million available to award multiple cooperative agreements with no award floor. The purpose of the research is to enable the DOS and SPG to develop a deeper understanding of the needs and perceptions of those on the ground, to inform policy decision for conflict resolution and democratic transformation in Sudan.
