Grant Description
The grantee will provide non-personal services to continue the Development of the Rail Labor Security and Emergency Liaison Team, to serve as a conduit for Security and Emergency information between the Federal Government and rail labor. Proof of concept labor-led training projects will be developed and implemented to increase the security awareness of front-line rail transportation workers.
