- The Upper Koyukuk Mine Hazard Inventory will apply archaeological methods to systematically identify and inventory abandoned mine land hazards within the BLM's Fairbank District. This will include a detailed account of the areas surveyed, the hazards identified, and their association with cultural resources. It will also contain the historic context necessary to determine if identified, archaeological sites that are eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
