Region 5 Tribal Circuit Rider/Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement Project: U.S. EPA, Region 5 Groundwater and Drinking Water Branch is currently accepting proposals to implement a program for providing technical assistance and training to tribal utilities. The goal of the circuit rider program is to provide compliance assistance and technical, financial and managerial capacity development to the Tribe in Region 5, and to help Tribal governments and Tribal utilities ensure their drinking water is safe to drink and their wastewater is managed effectively.
