Research on Violent Victimization: FY 2013: NIJ seeks proposals for research and evaluation related to violent victimization. Research proposed may be focused at the Federal, State, local, tribal, juvenile justice policy and/or practice level. NIJ is particularly interested in proposals examining one or more of the following topics: - Intersection of race, ethnicity, and violent victimization. - Effectiveness of services for victims of violent crime. - Victim/Offender overlap as it pertains to violent crime. - Sexual orientation and/or gender identity and violent victimization.
