Grant Description: As authorized under Section 1110 of the Social Security Act, the Social Security Administration (SSA) seeks applications ONLY from existing Homeless Outreach Projects and Evaluation (HOPE) program organizations having a current SSA HOPE Budget Period end date of October 31, 2007. The projects are to demonstrate methods to improve the quality of assistance that medical and social service providers give to homeless individuals who file claims for Social Security benefits.
