THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS PARTICIPATION MAY NOT EXCEED 65% OF THE TOTAL PROJECT COST. AN ANNUAL PRIORITY LIST IS DEVELOPED AS OF SEPTEMBER 30 AND APPROVE BY VA'S SECRETARY FOR FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES DURING THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR.
